What is the Criteria?

It is the legal duty of your tour operator to take reasonable steps to ensure your health and safety whilst you are staying at a hotel. When the tour operators fail to do this, then they are in breach of their duty under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
