Food Poisoning UK & Abroad
Suffering from an outbreak of food poisoning whilst on holiday, can be one of the most distressing experiences, especially when you are in a foreign country.
Then under European Union regulation 361/2004 you may be eligible to claim up to €600 in compensation. It takes just two minutes to complete the form and we do the rest!
What is the Criteria?
It is the legal duty of your tour operator to take reasonable steps to ensure your health and safety whilst you are staying at a hotel. When the tour operators fail to do this, then they are in breach of their duty under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
We can help you, your family, or a large group claim compensation if you have suffered from food poisoning whilst on holiday.

- The incident occurred within the last 3 years;
- It was a package holiday, either as an all inclusive holiday, full or half board.
What can I claim?
You may be able to claim any of the following;
- Personal injury/ illness
- Financial losses caused by the illness
- Loss of enjoyment of the holiday
We offer a No win No fee service for our personal injury clients. This means that if you have a genuine claim then we take the risk financially, and there should be no costs paid by you. The legal costs are recovered against the Defendant or their insurance company.
The law changed on 1 April 2013, which means that there may be some instances where we may have to make a contribution from any compensation awarded to you, towards your legal costs. This will be carefully discussed with you prior to the claim starting.
